1. Is Hosting a Tournament Free?
Yes, you can host as many tournaments as you want!
2. What types of Draws do you support?
We support Group stages, Knockout as well as Qualifying rounds.
3. How are payments handled?
At the moment we do not support payments for Hosts registered outside the EU, you will need to handle payments yourself but can use our software free of charge.
For EU hosts however , we process payments from the players, handle all the hassle of cancellations, refunds etc.. And send you the payout 48 hours after tournament completion. We are able to get competitive rates from payment processors to reduce their fees and provide you our service at a competitive rate that will go down over time.
The current service fee is 10% which includes all payment processing fees, refund handling, payouts, transfers to your bank account and helps us keep maintaining and improving the platform.

1. What type of Tournaments are available?
We host all types of Tournaments, from community events to high level competitive tournaments.
2. Can i cancel a team reservation?
Yes, you can cancel anytime before the registration deadline for a Full-Refund, the host will automatically be notified.
3. How can we reach a venue?
The Venue number will always be available to you after joining a tournament.
