1. Is Hosting a Tournament Free?
Yes, you can host as many tournaments as you want!
2. What types of Draws do you support?
We support Group Stage + Knockout, Knockout, Americano, and are adding more types all the time!
3. How are payments handled?
You have 2 options.
1) Handle payments externally yourself, this is 100% free of charge.
2) Players pay In-App for a hassle-free experience. We process payments from the players, handle all the hassle of cancellations, refunds etc.. And send you the payout 48 hours after tournament completion to ensure safety for all parties. We are able to get competitive rates from payment processors to reduce their fees and provide you our service at a competitive rate that will go down over time.
The current service fee is 7% which includes all payment processing fees, refund handling, payouts, transfers to your bank account and helps us keep maintaining and improving the platform.

1. What type of Tournaments are available?
We host all types of Tournaments, from community events to high level competitive tournaments. Draws: Americano, Knockout, Group stage + Knockout
2. Can i cancel a team reservation?
Yes, you can cancel anytime before the cancellation deadline for a Full-Refund, the host will automatically be notified.
3. How can we reach a venue?
The Venue number will always be available to you after joining a tournament.
