  • Location Data: We collect location information from your device. This information is used to determine your country of residence for app functionalities and to identify tournament locations provided by Hosts.
  • Analytics and Crash Reporting: We use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Cloud Functions to collect data for performance monitoring, analytics, and crash reporting.
  • Authentication: Firebase Auth is used for user authentication purposes.
  • Email Communications: We use Brevo for sending emails and tracking interactions with those communications.

•Players: When you enter a tournament, the tournament host will have access to your mobile number. This allows the host to contact you regarding tournament details, schedule changes, or other relevant updates.

•Hosts: As a tournament host, your mobile number will be visible to all players, this ensures that users can reach you for any tournament-related inquiries.

4. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

For users within the European Union (including Estonia), we process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:

  • Performance of a Contract: To provide the services you have signed up for.
  • Consent: Where you have given explicit consent for processing your personal data for specific purposes.
